480 Days Old...September 29, 2012

Anderson got to enjoy a bouncy play house for the first time today! He loved it! He thought it was hilarious, especially when the big kids got to running around him. I, on the other hand, was a nervous wreck when the big kids were around. I was in there with him, but I much prefered it when he was the only child in the playhouse. He found a ball and had such a good time throwing it and trying to run after it. Not bad for a Saturday morning birthday party! It definitely kept him entertained, and he took a great nap after playing so hard all morning. See y'all in 5 more days!

475 Days Old…September 24, 2012

Other than fighting an ear infection, the first since he got tubes, Anderson has had a pretty uneventful few days. He got diagnosed with the ear infection on Friday, and he also got his 15 month shots and his flu vaccine. He wasn’t happy about the shots, but after a few minutes he was good as new!

Anderson “roared” back at Jackson when they were at the park today with Nana, but the little stinker refuses to let me hear his new skills. Maybe soon!

Y’all take care, and we’ll be back in 5 days!

470 Days Old...September 19, 2012

Look at this cutie pie! Anderson was chilling out before church today. He loves being outside playing, and the weather was amazing. I couldn't capture a smile on camera, but the little kiddo was into everything outside! His new favorite game? Seeing how fast he can run away from us! He's such a cute little monkey! See y'all in 5 more days!

465 Days Old...September 14, 2012

Anderson has had a nasty fever virus for the past few days. He started getting sick on Wednesday, and after his ears and chest were clear, and a strep test was negative,  he was diagnosed with a fever virus. Today he woke up with a 104.9 fever and we headed back to the doctor. His white cell count was normal, so it looks like it is still just a fever virus. So frustrating! I don't want him to be sick, but spending the money on 2 copays in 2 days is a little frustrating to not have a diagnosis.

Fingers crossed that he's feeling better soon! See y'all in 5 more days!

460 Days Old...September 9, 2012

Anderson might not have gotten to go to Disney World with his big brother, but he loved his ride around the living room on Tata's back! Anderson had a great time staying with Nana and Tata, and then Papa and Gigi while we were at Disney. We missed him so much, but he had a great time with his grandparents. He was super excited to see us when we got home today, and I loved having my baby boy around to snuggle with again. We loved spending some one-on-one time with Jackson, but I can't wait to take both of my boys to Disney in a few years. I need to start saving now!

See y'all in 5 more days!

15 Months Old

Our sweet little man is quickly turning into such a big toddler! At 15 months old he's into everything! He climbs onto anything he can can, "runs" away from us when he doesn't want to do what we need done, and loves to try to open child proof cabinets. He's a little monkey for sure! We still don't have Anderson talking for us, but Dr. Diebel isn't concerned yet. She said that we will check it again at 18 months old. At 15 months, Anderson is weighing in at 22.9 pounds and is in the 25th percentile for weight and is 31 1/4 inches long and measuring in the 50th percentile for height. Thankfully he seems to be coming back onto the growth chart, because he was rather smallish at his year checkup.

Overall, Anderson seems to be doing really good, and we can't wait to see what else he gets into this month. Stay tuned!

455 Days Old…September 4, 2012

Anderson has had a great few days. We’ve had him start taking Zyrtec every day and it has done wonders for his runny nose. He’s not ready to nap by 8 in the morning now, and his cough is much better. He’s going to be spending a few days with his Nana and Tata and then Papa and Gigi, and we know he’s going to love spending the one-on-one time with his grandparents without having to share his time with his big brother. We’ll see y’all in 5 more days!
