Anderson tried rice cereal today for the first time with a spoon, and as you can gather from his expression, he wasn’t much of a fan. He did however give me lots of funny faces that made me laugh. I really don’t think that he swallowed a single bit, but it was entertaining to say the least!

I am continually amazed at how stinking cute my two boys are! Seriously folks, it doesn’t get much cuter than this!
Anderson is still stuck on the fact that 4:00 a.m. seems like the perfect time to wake up for his first bottle of the morning. It’s killing me! Once I’m up, I’m up, and it’s hard to see 8:00 a.m. roll around on the clock and know that you’ve already been up for 4 hours! Oh well, life goes on! It could be worse; he could think that 3:00 a.m. suits him better!
Other than the 4:00 a.m. thing, Anderson is pretty much the most delightful baby on the face of the planet. And even at 4, he’s so sweet and cuddly that he makes it worth it.He still doesn’t cry or fuss, and he’s decided that his big brother is the funniest thing he’s ever seen. I’m head over heels for these two boys!

Anderson is about to go on his first camping trip. I’m excited and apprehensive at the same time. Anderson is not a fussy baby at all, but when he wakes up at 4:00 a.m. ready for a bottle, he’s ready for a bottle! I don’t quite know how that is going to work in a tent, but I’m keeping my fingers crossed that things go okay. I think the little guy is about to cut a tooth, so I’ve got the Tylenol ready to go!

Check out those chunky cheeks! Anderson is weighing 15.7 pounds and is just under 26 inches long, and in the 55% for both height and weight. He’s doing perfect! We were given the go ahead to start baby food, but I think I’m going to wait just a little bit longer. He seems pretty content as it is!

Our sweet baby boy is already 4 months old! Anderson has been such a joy in our lives, and it’s hard for me to remember what life was like before he got here!
At 4 months old Anderson has rolled over a few times, but for the most part he’s perfectly content observing what is going on around him, and laughing at his brother Jackson. He’s taking 6 ounce bottles every 4 hours, and he usually gets up one time at night, between 3 and 5. He hasn’t cut any teeth yet, but he’s drooling constantly!
We’re getting lots of smiles and giggles, and it’s so fun watching his little personality develop. I’ll post official stats after he gets back from the doctor on Monday. Until then, enjoy the pics!
My little pumpkin got a new Halloween costume today and we had to try it on. Aren’t my boys just the cutest thing ever! I’m loving this little pumpkin costume, and he looks so stinking adorable in it!
Anderson is doing great as usual, and we can’t believe that in only 2 days he will be 4 months old! A is taking 6 ounces in his bottles again, and he’s still eating every 4 hours. I’m thinking he weighs around 15 pounds now, but we’ll know for sure when he goes back to the doctor on Monday. We’ve had a few nights lately where he has made it to 4:30 or 5, but it’s never a perfect science, and occasionally he still gets up around 3:00 which is delightful!
Anderson’s is still as laidback and relaxed as ever, and the child is happy all the time. On average I think he cries maybe once a week. We seriously lucked up with this kiddo! We were given a jumperoo from some friends from church, and Anderson loves it. We get tons of sweet smiles and laughs whenever he plays in it, so it’s nice to have another alternative to the swing, bouncer and bumbo seat.
